Loss Run Request

1. In the workbench, navigate to the Left-Hand Side and Click Account List

 

2. Type Policy Number or Named Insured in the Search Bar

 

3. Click on blue hyperlink of the policy you want to retrieve

 

4. Policy status needs to be:

  • Issue
  • Issue-Renewal or
  • Expired

 

5. UI will display “Request Loss Run” button

 

6. Click “Request Loss Run”

 

 

7. Click 'OK' to message below 

 

 

8. User will receive email with PDF attached (Ategrity Loss Run Report)
