If a user wants to change the number of Additional Insureds (AI) on an AI form at endorsement, then follow the steps below:

1 - Begin Endorsement and enter endorsement effective date 

2 - Scroll to AI form section, and change the number of the AI form (i.e. CG 20 18 from 2 to 1)

3 - Select the red notepad next to the AI number field 

4 - Select the AI being removed from the 'Endorse Remove Fill In' Popup  



5 - Select the 'Save' button from the 'Endorse Remove Fill in' popup

6 - Scroll to Policy Services tile and select the 'Calculate Premium' button 

7 - Confirm the Endorsement Wording 

8 - Select the 'Preview Endorsement' button to view the changes

9 - Select the 'Complete/'Issue Endorsement' button to submit the changes
