If you are unable to use Teams or Outlook in VDI and are getting the following error's (We're Sorry-We've run into an issue) or (Error Something went wrong. [1001] ) Please follow the following instructions.
You will want to Close out of Outlook and Quit Teams prior to performing these steps. To Quit Teams, you will need to click on the Upward Arrow in the bottom right corner of your main display, and then right click on the Teams icon and choose Quit like below.
Click on the Windows Icon and then the Gear Icon (Settings).
Click on Accounts.
Click on Access work or school and then select your @ategrity account and then Disconnect.
Relaunch Teams, and sign back in. After doing so, if you are presented with the below pop up uncheck the option "Allow my organization to manage my device" and then click OK.
You should now be able to open Outlook as well.
