1. Navigate to the Left-Hand Side, Select the 'Account List Option' and then select “Click Here to Start New Quote”

Enter the Named Insured and Mailing address (address fields are not a requirement to quote)
3. Select the Effective and Expiration Dates (this will prefill to the current date but a future date can also be selected)
4. Select the applicable Line Of Business (LOB GL and/or Property) and Optional Credits (Loss Free-GL, Loss Free-Property and/or Package)
5. Review Coverage Type and Limits (applying update as needed)
6. Enter Class Code and corresponding Zip Code then select the button to Add
7. Next Enter the class details (i.e. street address, exposures)
8. If Qualifying Question applies answer accordingly
9. Select the 'Continue to Full Quote' button
10. Sections for Coverage Enhancements, Optional Coverages, Additional Insured, Select Forms, Common Forms, Form Summary, Subjectivities and Taxes, Fees & Commissions, will automatically load review each section by expanding the arrows to the right hand side and updating those details as needed
11. To Add TRIA navigate to the Right-hand Side Menu and select the radio button for Accept/Reject

If Accept = 5% premium for TRIA is calculated against account total premium
- If Reject = premium does not apply
12. If Property applies to the account navigate to the Property Module by selecting the 'Property' tab located above the General Liability section
13. Click on the import from GL button to load Property
14. Click on the Location Building Details bar (after the import button has changed from green to gray)
15.Review the system generated location risk details for accuracy
16. If applicable, select the blue plus button under 'Action(s)' to add a new location
17. Complete the details in the 'Buildings' section by selecting the 'Location' from the address drop-down, review the system generated building risk details for accuracy and then click on “save” button to store the details
19. Click on the 'Continue To Building Coverage' button to proceed
20. On the location > building coverage screen complete the details for:

Occupancy Code
-
Construction Type
-
Year Built
-
Number of Stories
-
Roof Type
-
AOP Deductibles
-
Cause of Loss
-
Coinsurance
-
AOP Deductible Credit checkbox

Wind Hail Details
21. To apply 'Building Coverage' enter the Building Limits, select Valuation as Actual Cash Value OR Replacement Cost

If Actual Cost is selected then only the total area and tenant/owner is required

If Replacement Cost is selected then year updates are required, along with the total area and tenant/owner

Once all building coverage details have been entered, select the 'Calculate Premium For Building Coverage' button to get rate
22. To apply 'BPP Coverage' select the BPP Tab, select the applicable sublines, enter corresponding limits, select the Valuation type and then select the 'Calculate Premium For BPP' button to get rates
23. To apply 'BI Coverage' select the BI Coverage Tab, Select the BI Coverage Type, Enter the Limits of Insurance, Select Coinsurance & Indemnity Options and then click on the 'Calculate For BI Coverage' Button to apply rate
24. The Property Coverage Section, Select Forms and Property Premium Summary Tiles will load, review each section by using the arrows to expand them
25. Return to the GL tab and select the 'Continue to Full Quote' button
26. Expand the Quote tile and select the 'Generate Quote' link
