Additional Insured (AI) forms can be added to an active policy by following the steps below:
- Create endorsement by
- Selecting the 'Endorse' button
- Entering the endt effective date (and tab to store date)
- Clicking on 'Generate Endorsement Number and Proceed' button
- Selecting the 'Endorse' button
- Scroll to the Additional Insured Form section & expand the tile to view all forms
- Select the checkbox next to the requested form
- Update the Number column for the form as needed and note that charges by apply depending on the form
- Scroll to the Policy Services button and select the 'Calculate Premium' button (this will add the form to the Endorsement details)
- If the form requires fields to be entered then a notepad icon will appear for selection next to the form
- If the form requires fields to be entered then a notepad icon will appear for selection next to the form
4. Select the 'Preview Endorsement' button to review the changes
5. Select the 'Complete/Issue Endorsement' button to complete processing
