Each General Agency is assigned a Super Administrator who holds elevated permissions and responsibilities in the Ategrity System. Super admins can manage user accounts, settings, and permissions across the entire platform, ensuring consistent security and functionality. Please refer to the below for a step by step guide on how to manage users:
Ategrity's Support team will set up the identified office and Super Admin(s). Once the setup has been completed the Super Admin will receive an email with the log in details for the Ategrity System and the User Registration Guide for steps to sign in. Once a Super Admin is signed in they can perform the below functions:
Set up your staff
1 - Sign into the Ategrity System and select Manage Users > GA User from the Left Hand Side menu bar
2 - Enter the General Agent (GA) User Details under the Add GA Section and then select Save to continue. In the Add GA Section:
- Select the General Agent - This options are controlled by Ategrity's App Support Team. Please contact [email protected] for questions concerning these options
- Select the Primary Office for the user - This office will reflect the premium the user generates and is the office address shown on document like Quotes and Policies.
- Select any Additional Offices that may apply - If the user needs to access accounts associated with other office locations for the agency, then select them from the drop down (multiple selections are allowed).
- Select the User Role:
- A "User" role - Can create, edit and view accounts. This role is suitable for Underwriting and processing staff.
- A "Readonly" role - Allows staff to log in, view accounts and view account documents. This role is suitable for auditors and executive staff.
- A "SuperAdmin" role – Grants access to create, edit and view accounts. Plus it allows users to add new users for the agency. This role is suitable for Underwriting and staff who need to set up other users, manage access to APIs and edit office location details.
- Enter the General Agent's First Name and Last Name
- Enter the General Agent's Email Address - This email address will be used as the user name to login and it will also receive the authorization email that grants access. This email address MUST be VALID at the time of entry.
- Enter the General Agent's Mobile Number – You may enter the user's office number or cell phone number. For Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) purposes, we recommend using the cell number as a backup to get email security codes used for first time registration and password resets.
- View Manage Authority Section - You may view the authority section by clicking on the header. This authority list is managed by Ategrity's App Support Team. Please contact [email protected] for questions concerning this list. The authority for each user is inherited from the office when Ategrity completed the initial office set up and States can be removed from a user by entering an Expiration Date for the state. Please note: Differing the states for the users in the same office may mean they cannot work each other’s accounts.
View, Edit and Remove Access for existing staff
To View existing users:
1. Sign into the Ategrity System and select Manage Users > GA User from the Left Hand Side menu bar
2. Click on the 'List of GA Users' section to expand it and use filters in top right to see only certain office locations or roles.
To Edit existing users:
1. Some edits can be completed by following the steps to view the GA Users and clicking on the below entries in the fields to edit.

To Expire or Remove a state for your staff:

Click section header List of GA Users to expand it. Use filters in top right to see only certain locations or roles.

Click the Edit Icon on the Action column

Click Manage Authority section to expand it and select the line of business

Navigate to the State and click the calendar icon and select the expiration date using the calendar icon. Only future dates can be selected.

Once the date has been entered and saved, click Update.
- On that date no new accounts can be created in the Workbench with that state/line of business by the user
- Any accounts already created with the expired state as a location in New, Quote or Bind status can be edited but only up to 90 days past the account effective date.
- Any accounts in Issued status with the expired state as a location can be endorsed, cancelled, reinstated up to 60 days past the account expiration date.
To Move a users from One Office to Another:

From the Primary office dropdown select a different office. The old primary office is automatically added as an additional office

A Dropdown to Batch Reassign accounts associated with the user to another person appears

If reassignment is used, then select user from the list of users and then click Confirm to complete the process. List of users includes all locations. Click Update button to save this new office.

If not reassigned the accounts now display as Unassigned for the original office. when they are opened in unassigned status the user who opened them can take ownership of the account or leave them unassigned.

Click the Update button to complete and save the office assignment.

New Accounts created by the reassigned user will now be coded to the new office.
Remove access to the website:
1. Slide Status from Active to InActive and person can no longer log in.
If the person’s role was a SuperAdmin and API keys are associated to the login, which may be active for your website or technology vendors, then the warning message will appear. Click Proceed to continue to remove their access.
2. You can then either reassign this person’s accounts to a new person in the office OR make the accounts unassigned and any person in the office can claim them.
Select Name dropdown allows you to select another underwriter to assign the accounts. Confirmation message lists the number of accounts that will be reassigned. Click Confirm to complete the assignment or No to return to the prior pop-up message.
Click Cancel Action if you do not want to continue and the person will remain active.
Click Continue without Assigning accounts – all accounts owned by the person are now unassigned and can be claimed by any person in the office once they open the account.
View and Edit Office Location information
1. Sign into the Ategrity System and select Manage Users > GA Office from the Left Hand Side menu bar
2. Edit Address fields by clicking into the field, make the entry and then click Save.
*Please let your Ategrity underwriter know of any updates so other systems can be updated.
Ategrity sets up new offices and assigns states and lines of business.
Office Location, Producer – ID are non-editable fields.
Please contact Ategrity if an office location is no longer active and we will complete the steps to make the office location Inactive.
