To update the Form of Business on an existing policy follow the steps below:

 

1 - Select the Endorsement button

 

2 - Enter the Endorsement Effective Date and select the Generate Endorsement Number & Proceed button

 

3 - Expand the Named Insured section

 

 

4 - Select the Form of Business drop down and update the selection

 

 

5 - Select the ‘Calculate Premium’ button from the Endorsement/Policy Services section

 

 

6 - Review Endorsement wording for accuracy and edit as needed

 

 

7 - Select the Preview Endorsement button to review the change then the ‘Complete/Issue Endorsement’ button to finalize it
