As a note: This will only display if the form applies to the policy (i.e. Cause of Loss set to Special Including Theft or Special Excluding Theft) 

To add the ASIC-PR-0038 Commercial Property Extension form, please follow steps below:

1. Expand the 'Coverage Section' section  and select the notepad icon

2. Select the Location/Building Number(s) from the popup

3. Click the 'Save' button to store selection
