To download Supp App forms follow the steps below:

1 - Select the ‘Ategrity Supp Apps’ option from the WB

2 - Locate the file and select it to view the document.

3 - Select the Download button

As a note: If it appears ignore the popup asking to log into Box; as it's not a requirement and does not impact the downloading process. 

4 - Once the file has been downloaded you will get a Save As alert. Please select the location to view the file and once it’s been saved you will be able to retrieve it from that location.
