If there is an automatic trigger that sends your submission to our underwriters, then please attach any available ACORDS, supplemental application, and 5 years of loss runs. If you have more than 2 losses, a loss between $35k-$100k, more than 5 locations, or an underwriting request to Submit to Digital Brokerage, please follow steps below:

1. If the system does not automatically submit your quote to Digital Brokerage, then once quote details have been generated in system, select the 'Submit to Brokerage' located under the Quote banner

2. A pop-up will appear for 20 seconds letting you know your submission will be sent to our underwriters for review. Please select 'Continue'

3. Specific class code questions appear to assist in underwriting rating and review. Answer Yes/No and Click Submit.

4. Attach your ACORDS, Supplemental Application, and 5 years of loss runs here.  Add any additional comments and reason you are submitting to digital brokerage in the Additional Comments box. Click Submit.

5. Your submission has been sent for underwriter review. An underwriter will email you within 24-48 hours with a quote. Exit back into Workbench.
