If a user needs to reset their password they should follow the steps below:

1. Navigate to the login page (i.e Contract Workbench https://ategrity.esinsurancecloud.com/wbui/login.php)

2. Then choose forgot password.
    

3. Enter your email address.
4. Enter the Captcha displayed to the right
   
   
   
    
5. You will get an email or an email and text with a reset code.
   
   
    
6. You should clear out the first field with a padlock and enter a new password (creating a unique password of their preference).
   
   
    
7. Enter the newly created password in the second field with a padlock icon to verify it matches
8. Enter the code received
9. Last click on ‘change password’
   
   
    
10. The system will bring you back to the login page
11. Enter username and new password

NOTE:

If the user has Chrome set to save passwords, they will need to clear the prior password first and enter the newly created password. Then accept a prompt to save it and auto-fill it in.
