If User is unable to complete an A/I form, then follow steps below:
1. Scroll to the form section and check to see if the form was added via the 'search' bar
2. De-select the form from the search area by unchecking the selection box
3. Scroll to the 'Additional Insured' Form Section and select the form number there
4. Scroll to the 'Issue' Section and select the step to 'Generate & Review variable forms list'. This will refresh the form logic and allow you to see the form in the step to 'Click Variable for each form in the list to proceed with issue'
5. Select the 'red' fill in form button to confirm that the fields are present for completion.
