If edits are needed to an Additional Insured Form (i.e. ASIC-GL-0046, CP-12-18 or other), then the steps below should be followed:

1. Select the 'Endorse' buttonto begin endorsement
2. Enter the endorsement effective date (tab to store) and select the 'Generate Endorsement Number and Proceed' button 

3. Navigate to the Red "Issue" Tile, locate the form in the tile and click on the notepad icon next to the form to edit it

4. When the Addtl Form opens (i.e. ASIC-GL-0046, CP 12 18 or other), enter the updated details and select the 'Save' button

5. Once the updated form entry is complete, click on the 'Calculate Premium' button in the Policy Services/Endorsement Module

• Review the details populated in the Endorsement Wording and Premium fields
• Click on the 'Preview Endorsement' button to view the Endt Dec and ensure the updated Addtl Insured form attaches
• Click on the 'Complete/Issue' Endorsement Button to finalize the change
