Thank you for reaching out, as a super admin, you have the ability to deactivate a no longer active employee within your office. Please see the instructions below:
 

1. Navigate to the contract workbench (https://ategrity.esinsurancecloud.com/wbui/login.php).
    
2. On the left-hand side click on "Manage Users" (Blue Box), click "GA Super Admins" (Yellow Box), and then click "GA Users" (Green Box).
    
3. Once there, click on the "List of GA Users" carrot (Black Box on the right side).
    
4. You can now search for the user you wish to deactivate and do so from here (See search features below).
   
   
    
5. Once you click deactivate, the system will show the following pop-up: 
   
   

Once this is completed, the user is no longer active.
