If a user needs to add Property in the open, then follow the steps below: 

1 - Open account go to the Property tab and scroll to the Location > Building module
2 - Select the BPP Coverage tab 


3 - Select the checkbox for 'Property in the Open'

 
4 - Enter the limit for 'Property in the Open' 
 
5 - Select the 'Calculate Premium For BPP' button to generate premium
